Adding to my list of places to see: India. Fly into Delhi and taking a train north to several cities, and ending at Darjeeling (pic above), a town known for its tea, and its proximity to the Himalayas. It has a cooler climate and thus was used by the British residents to escape the heat of the plains during the summers.
